'American scientists are using tissue from aborted babies in genetically engineered mice to study how certain diseases are spread, and the experiments are being paid for with U.S. tax dollars. The National Institute of Health "refused multiple requests" for interviews.'
"It has been something of a godsend for modern-day research" said one doctor. Imagine, the aborted little innocent baby torn apart in its mother's womb to be sent from God so that researchers can try and find a cure for Aids. Thankyou, God.
Our culture has reached its zenith of enlightenment (in liberal speak) when government is used to promote abortion to cure maladies of the living voter and pressure group. United Church of Christ and other liberal Christians have a prayer for such cures: "Bless us, O Lord, with the gift of your children. With their bodies, all is possible for assuaging our infectious diseases from debauchery, affliction and handicap. One day, may it come to pass, we will live forever like You."
Alas, researchers are not satisfied using this 'inexpensive' and 'plentiful' product. "To be useful in research, the fetal cells must be alive, even if they come from a dead source, namely, an aborted baby. Using frozen cells that have been purchased from a supplier presents certain problems." Oh, the humanity of it all, having to use frozen rather than freshly churned baby. Surely someone down at Planned Parenthood can rent out some space in the back storage area (but please, not the cockfighting room).
Mary Shelley's novel wouldn't have been as popular back in its day if she had had Dr. Frankenstein use aborted babies for his experiments. There's something scary about creating a monster out of assorted body parts from the dead. On the other hand, it's quite disgusting using tissue from aborted babies. As with embryonic stem cell research producing nothing but tumors and lesions, 20 years of these federally funded aborted baby tissue experiments have produced "studies, research, conferences, and most important...grants. No need to produce results when taxpayers are footing the bill and Planned Parenthood is selling such a 'cheap' commodity. "Bless the children, O Lord."
