It's nice when the Pope has the luxury to prioritize his evils. Speaking to the West, it can be 'global warming'; in Africa, it's war, tribalism and ethnic rivalry reducing poor people to slavery. But then, maybe he was alluding to 'global warming' when he decried the "clouds of evil" over Africa.
The Pope should determine what the evils are, and keep pounding on them. They're in the Bible, they haven't changed, and it ain't 'global warming'.
What Africa needs is more God in government, less socialism, less central planning, less corrupt political leaders and more ethical capitalism. Come to think of it, so do we.
