'CIA chief believes Cheney almost wants US attacked'. But depending on what does happen, Cheney might indeed be 'vindicated'. Regardless of what Cheney 'wants', the point is, will it happen...and why? Will we find out a terrorist knew of the attack, but wasn't waterboarded to uncover the plan? Paneta can only 'hope' for 4 or 8 long years,
but today attack Cheney. Obama and Paneta already have their day after speeches ready. It's Bush's fault; it's America's fault; more government needed.
