'Post office facilities facing closure cut to 413' (from a high of 700). The government only knows how to cut services to stem the red tide of losses, not increasing efficiencies and productivity and decreasing costs, rather just cut. Substitute 'hospitals' for 'post office'. Can someone say "ration"?
