Note 2 things in this picture of Obama and the Chinese premiere: The premiere making direct eye contact, and the degree of extension of the premiere's arm (a better view is from the shadow). It's obvious, the outreach is from Obama. "Come unto Caesar, Boy", the premiere seems to be thinking. "Yes, massa."
