The Catholic infestation may be too large

'When I had exhausted all possibilities and it was clear that the Belgian church did not want to hear the parents, I decided to sever all ties with the Catholic education system,” Colen wrote. She and other parents began homeschooling their children (which is why there is so much disdain toward homeschooling by liberals since they cannot force their immoral doctrine on innocent children), and Colen sent letters detailing her experiences to cardinals around the world and at the Vatican.'

It seems that while Colen received support in the way of letters, that was it.  She quit the Catholic education system and probably had serious doubts about attending church on Sundays, not to mention the damage already foisted on her children by the homosexuals and liberals.  And when was the bishop removed by the Vatican?  He wasn't.  He only resigned after the homosexual scandal of the Church exposed him.  It seems the Vatican is impotent in protecting our children.  It is said that Benedict XVI has imposed new orders for seminaries to weed out homos from being accepted into the priesthood.  Where were they 50 years ago?  And forgive me if I don't believe it will work.  The infestation is too large.

Child abusers need to be drawn and quartered.  This is child abuse, from the college professors to the priests and bishops.  Round them up!

'Vangheluwe resigned as bishop of Bruges after admitting to having sexually abused his own nephew throughout his clerical career.'  One more homosexual removed from the Catholic Church.  Many more to go.

D.C. inundated with 10 ft waves!!!!

YORBA LINDA, Calif. – Documents released Friday by the Nixon Presidential Library show members of President Richard Nixon's inner circle discussing the possibilities of global warming more than 30 years ago.

Adviser Daniel Patrick Moynihan, notable as a Democrat in the administration, urged the administration to initiate a worldwide system of monitoring carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, decades before the issue of global warming came to the public's attention.

There is widespread agreement that carbon dioxide content will rise 25 percent by 2000, Moynihan wrote in a September 1969 memo.

"This could increase the average temperature near the earth's surface by 7 degrees Fahrenheit," he wrote. "This in turn could raise the level of the sea by 10 feet. Goodbye New York. Goodbye Washington, for that matter."

Hmm.  It's July, 2010.  I'm hot.  Wonder if Washington is still there?

Elena Kagan: Anatomy of a coverup

Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan smiles as she arrives on Capitol Hill in Washington, Monday, June 28,2010, for her confirmation hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee. (AP Photo/Alex Brandon)
(CNSNews.com) - On Dec. 5, 1996, the government relations office of the (Pro-Abort) American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) privately provided the Clinton White House with the unreleased draft of a policy statement ACOG was preparing to put out on intact dilatation and extraction (D&X) abortion -- the procedure used in a partial-birth abortion.

Having reviewed the draft of the ACOG statement, then-Associate White House Counsel Elena Kagan wrote an internal White House memo declaring that the statement would be a “disaster” for the Clinton administration if it were publicly released. This was because the statement as drafted contradicted the argument President Clinton had been making to defend his opposition to a ban on partial-birth abortion.

Kagan wrote the memo  on Dec. 14, 1996, which was a Saturday. Just the day before, on Friday, Dec. 13, 1996, President Clinton had given a press conference in which he stressed that he opposed the ban on partial-birth abortion unless an exception for the health of the mother was added to it because, he insisted, “a few hundred women every year” who seek abortions would not be able to "preserve the ability to have further children unless the enormity -- the enormous size of the baby’s head is reduced before being extracted from their bodies.” That is, unless they had a partial-birth abortion.

The draft ACOG statement that Kagan feared would be a "disaster" for the administration said: “[A] select panel convened by ACOG could identify no circumstances under which this procedure [intact D&X abortion], as defined above, would be the only option to save the life or preserve the health of the woman.”

Nevertheless, Kagan goes on to say in the June 22 memo, “none of us think that this information should cause us to change the standard the President has articulated or the rhetoric he has used.”

Read the 'D.C. Shuffle' from the pro-abort, cover my *ss past President of the ACOG at the end of the article.  What a sham.  What a shame.

The whispered sin of the Catholic sex scandal

Ask any and all who wear the badge of Catholic basher, including Vatican II Catholics (ViiC) who wear their  'Look at me.  I Bash the Vatican' badges with flare and verve, about homosexual marriage and 'gay' rights and you'll find they are all erudite pipe smoking tweed wearing Mensas doing their best Harvard impersonation of The Criminologist in RHPS.  "I would like, if I may, to take you on a strange journey.  It's just a jump to the left."  (But of course it is).

ViiC's, like all independents and moderates, easily join with liberals and atheists in understanding every side to every issue and inevitably arriving at no conclusion, or for convenient's sake, giving in to them.  It's much easier to be loved by everyone, in one's mind.  What they fail to recognize is that liberals and atheists don't give in.  It's much easier for ViiC's to ignore reality, statistics, and 5000 years of trial and error.  But, ask these erudists about the sexual abuse within the Catholic Church and BLAMO!  "Opinion, Opinion, Opinion!"  You'll note that no liberal, no atheist, moderate, independent, or ViiC can bring themselves to mention, much less condemn, homosexuality, The Sin of the Catholic Scandal.  Say it!  Homosexuals.  The sin of the Catholic sex scandal.

Cardinal Mahoney's cadre of homosexual priests

In a videotaped deposition released last Tuesday, Los Angeles Cardinal Roger Mahony admits he did not think it necessary to contact police after learning of the sex abuse perpetrated by a priest in his diocese against two boys. Instead, Mahony transferred the priest to other locations, where the abuse could potentially continue.

Cardinal Mahony, a celebrity among activists who seek to overturn Catholic Church teaching on homosexuality, is known for breaking with Catholic Church hierarchy to support the homosexualist cause. His "gay-friendly" views have clashed in the past with the Vatican on a matter touching the heart of the sex-abuse scandal.

In 2005 the L.A. archdiocese dismissed a Vatican directive barring homosexual men from the priesthood. That Vatican directive was widely interpreted as a direct response to the sex-abuse crisis, and was backed up by a study commissioned by the U.S. bishops' conference that found that 80-90% of clerical sex abuse was perpetrated against adolescent males (ephebophilia), not prepubescent boys (pedophilia).

Following release of the directive, archdiocese spokesman Tod Tamberg told the L.A. Times, "There will be some people who from what they hear in the media will think: 'Oh my God, this means no gay will ever be ordained in the priesthood again or anybody with a homosexual orientation will never be ordained again.' That's simply not true.

Two years later, however, the archdiocese paid out $600 million in a sex abuse settlement, the largest by any diocese since the scandal began in 2002.

So, what we have here is a Gay friendly huckster for the rabid homosexual agenda doing the bidding of gays in liberalism, obamanism and MSM.  The liberals, in their effort to deflect notice of the homosexual in the homosexual story, blame the Pope and the Catholic Church...if need be, they'll throw Mahoney under the bus as he's set to retire and is of no importance to them now.  And if he could, Mahoney would ordain more of his homosexual cadre into the priesthood.  If your priest is from a seminary under the auspices of Cardinal Mahoney, guard your boys, well for years to come.

Words blessed by the Holy Spirit

Instead of wringing hands and whining to critics of Catholicism, Christianity, and Judeo-Christian values in general (intra-Judeo-Christian jockeying accepted); Hit back.  Comfort and apologize to the victims, sed judica me, Deus, et discerne causem meam de gente non sancta: ab homine iniquo et doloso erue me.  Denounce and expose de inimicus, de non sancta.

Sin, satanic influence and the toleration of heresy lie at the root of the priestly sexual abuse scandals, Pope Benedict XVI said today. Precisely because it is an institution erected by God to make himself sacramentally "present to all men and women," the devil is interested in destroying the priesthood, he (finally well) said.

Referring to the line in Psalm 22 ("Your rod and your staff - they comfort me"), Benedict became explicit about the need for the "rod" of discipline to correct errors in the Church.

"The Church too must use the shepherd's rod," he said, "the rod with which he protects the faith against those who falsify it, against currents which lead the flock astray."

"Today we can see that it has nothing to do with love when conduct unworthy of the priestly life is tolerated. Nor does it have to do with love if heresy is allowed to spread and the faith twisted and chipped away, as if it were something that we ourselves had invented."

The priesthood, Pope Benedict said, is not "pleasing to the 'enemy,'" (the devil).

"He would have rather preferred to see it disappear, so that God would ultimately be driven out of the world. And so it happened that, in this very year of joy for the sacrament of the priesthood, the sins of priests came to light - particularly the abuse of the little ones, in which the priesthood, whose task is to manifest God's concern for our good, turns into its very opposite."

With evident personal sadness, the pope again extended his apology to the victims of sexual abuse, saying, "We too insistently beg forgiveness from God and from the persons involved."

This was followed by a promise to "do everything possible to ensure that such abuse will never occur again" by more scrutiny and better formation of those who apply for the priesthood.  <And remove all homosexuals and lesbians from the panels that sit in judgment of those applicants.>

Statistics on the abuse scandals have found that the abuse cases are overwhelmingly homosexual in nature and occurred between the 1960s and 1980s, at time in which psychological and theological trends were against excluding men with homosexual inclinations from the priesthood.

Benedict, as Cardinal Ratzinger, was clear with a 2005 document issued from the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, the office that had oversight on the abuse scandals around the world, that men with such inclinations should not be admitted to seminaries.

Benedict also made more subtle references to the movement from the Church's extreme left wing to open the priesthood to women and to married men. Among the opening lines of his homily, Pope Benedict laid out the nature of the priesthood, saying it is not a matter of mere functionality but a sacramental reality derived from Christ himself.

Nothing about 'the poor' or global warming.  Thankyou, Holy Father.

Evangelicals: ignoring Reality

WASHINGTON, D.C., May 31, 2010 (LifeSiteNews.com) - The National Association of Evangelicals has issued a new resolution on abortion advocacy that calls for pursuing "common ground" towards reducing the abortion rate in America, and included contraception as among possible means of achieving that goal.

The "common ground" talking point is often heard from the likes of pro-abortion giants such as President Obama, who famously lectured University of Notre Dame graduates on using "fair-minded words" and not "demonizing" proponents of the legalized killing of unborn children. The leader of the new initiative nonetheless told LifeSiteNews.com that the statements were not intended to soften the group's stance against abortion, and that the group still considered making abortion illegal a primary goal.

While stating that the NAE "actively, ardently and unwaveringly opposes abortion on demand," it goes on to say: "However,...
When it was pointed out that the "common ground" approach is often interpreted as a softened stance against legalized abortion, Mercer insisted...

The group pointed to a Gallup poll commissioned by the NAE that found "significant majorities" of evangelical respondents favoring "a wide range of possible methods for decreasing the abortion rate - from parental consent and waiting periods before abortions to efforts at making adoption, pre- and post-natal care, and contraceptive services more accessible."

Asked if the NAE considered making abortion illegal one of its goals, Mercer replied, "Yes. We haven't changed our goals at all."

Asked to explain the difference between NAE's approach to "common ground" and the position established by deeply pro-abortion figures such as President Obama, Mercer replied, "I can't speak to what the White House or any other group is saying right now, but the NAE has a strong pro-life position for decades, and we're going to stick to that position."

The issues of a frequently observed jump in abortion rates in nations with increased contraceptive use and the abortifacient nature of contraceptive pills and the IUD were not addressed or discussed.

Gotta love that last line.  Ya, it probably just ruins a good argument.

If you have to explain and defend that you are still against abortion, maybe you're not so much, anymore.  Indeed, maybe there is "common ground" with Obama and Planned Parenthood at the NAE.

Analyzing the Israeli 'botched' raid

JERUSALEM (AP) — Israeli naval commandos stormed a flotilla of ships carrying aid and hundreds of pro-Palestinian activists to the blockaded Gaza Strip on Monday, killing nine passengers in a botched raid that provoked (predictable) international outrage and a diplomatic crisis.

The violent takeover dealt yet another blow to Israel's international image (from Democrats, leftist groups, and Arab terror nations), already tarnished by war crimes accusations in Gaza and its 3-year-old blockade of the impoverished Palestinian territory.

Reaction was swift and harsh, with a massive protest in Turkey, Israel's longtime Muslim ally, which unofficially supported the mission.  (Equivalent to a Pro-life Democrat voting for ObamaHealth bill.)

Netanyahu, who expressed his "full backing" for the military raid, had hoped to receive a high-profile expression of support from Obama...
(Netanyahu isn't that ignorant; Obama despises Israel second only to white Christian America.)

The activists were headed to Gaza to draw attention to the blockade, which Israel and Egypt....  (That would be Muslim Egypt.)

A commando who spoke to reporters on a naval vessel off the coast, identified only as "A," said he and his comrades were taken off guard by a group of Arabic-speaking men when they rappelled onto the deck.  (Were these gallant commandos of Entebbe fame maybe expecting flowers from peace activists?)

He said some of the soldiers were stripped of their helmets and equipment and thrown from the top deck to the lower deck, and that some had even jumped overboard to save themselves. At one point one of the activists seized one of the soldiers' weapons and opened fire, the commando said.  (We'll leave 'gallant' off at this point.)

A high-ranking naval official displayed a box confiscated from the boat containing switchblades, slingshots, metal balls and metal bats. "We prepared (the soldiers) to deal with peace activists, not to fight," he said.  (Who planned this, President Carter?)

The (effeminated) European Union deplored what it called excessive use of force and demanded an investigation by Israel. It called the Gaza blockade "politically unacceptable," and called for it to be lifted immediately....(then went back to fisting and teaballing each other).

Rethinking support for Israel

JERUSALEM (AP) - Two ultranationalist Israeli activists have been arrested for shouting insults at White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel.

The two men approached Emanuel Thursday as he was touring Jerusalem's Old City with his family under heavy security.

The protesters began shouting insults and slogans from afar, yelling, "Jerusalem is not for sale." They were referring to the White House pressure for Israel to halt construction in disputed east Jerusalem.

Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld says they were quickly detained and taken for questioning.

And the Israeli police jumped into action to arrest the hecklers.  How impressive!!  I'll bet Micky had a hard on when he spoke to the fawning press.  "Vie vill make them respect all Socialist Welfare politicians who would sell out Israel to the muslims."

Pope Benedict, pro life Democrat

(While no one was listening),  Pope Benedict XVI addressed the role of the faithful in politics during an audience with members of the Pontifical Council for Laity on Friday. Not only are true Christian politicians needed for true societal and political change, he said, but a greater need exists for the laity to exercise their influence in the social and political realms.

The audience with the Pope was focused on "Witnesses of Christ in the Political Community."

The Holy Father said that it's in the hands of the faithful to provide a concrete witness to the faith in the social, cultural and political spheres. They must witness to the fact "that the faith enables them to read reality in a new and profound way, and to transform it," he said.

The lay faithful participating in political life must act "in a manner coherent with the teaching of the Church," said the Holy Father, as they bring solid reasoning and "great ideals" into the democratic debate....

Father Phleger, Nancy Pelosi, Joe Biden, Rosa DeLauro, and Teddy Kennedy (posthumously) all agreed.  Wake me, also, when the Pope's social pablum isn't used as defense of both sides of every debate.  His Holiness could have been an attendee at Rosa's 2006 forum with liberals'explaining how religious faith and the church's social teachings influence them as legislators. (It was also) a public effort by Catholic Democrats to redefine themselves as being about more than just the issue of abortion. They assert their commitment to the core principles at the heart of the Catholic doctrine: helping the poor and underprivileged; opportunity for all and advancing the church's rich tradition of public service and social justice.'  Blah, blah, blah.

But!!  Right in line with what the Pope seemingly was advocating, maybe..., or not?  Never can tell.  Blah, blah, blah.

Pope or DeLauro?:   "make clear that while some of us differ on the issue of abortion, each and every one of us is committed to the basic principles that are at the heart of Catholic doctrine: helping the poor, the underprivileged; opportunity for all, protecting the most vulnerable among us (tee-hee, at least those most vulnerable outside the womb and Obama's soiled linen closet)...access to education for all, to looking at real health care reform, to taking seriously the decision to go to war, to reducing poverty" blah, blah, blah.

I wonder if it ever occurs to people like DeLauro that no where in the Bible does it demand citizens give money to government bureaucrats in order for them to "help the poor"?  Rather it demands of the individual to give to the Church and help the poor where possible, making no exception for  the bottom 50% who vote the Socialist Welfare Party.

Read the Pope's and 'catholic' Democrat talking points here.
